Default Cleaning frames / gas boilers ?

I need to clean a fair number of frames for myself and for work purposes. How do commercial types do it ?

I had figured getting a metal drum and using a gas boiler (5kw or something). I recall someone mentioning using soda ?

Any pointers most appreciated. I've tried steam cleaning and although its fairly good, I need to get a gas boiler for things other than bee frames so figured 2 birds 1 stone.

    Thanks !

We cut a metal drum in half, filled it and put the gas paella burner under it. Tesco sells the washing soda, the amount of gunk that comes off is surprising, then rinse the frames under the garden hose. We dump the poly hives and nucs in too. But we are not commercial types!
