When to put supers on new (swarmed) colony

Hi All

Is there a set time when i should think about putting a super on a new colony acquired via a swarm, its been about 2 weeks now since they moved house

Put a super on when the box has about 8 frames of brood and is completely full of bees.
A swarm will be getting smaller every day until the first brood starts to hatch at some point 3 weeks after arrival.
