Ever since the advent of varroa, beekeeping has changed beyond recognition.
    Fact.

But you never ever ascribe losses to it.

    Strange that.

    It's a FACT.

I don't have to "acknowledge" FACTS. They exist. They are verifiable.

Which is more than 95% of Doris's writing.

Yes, I fully agree with you.

They are given tasks to prove that they are 'worthy':

Somebody who is not skilled at arguing against the neonic ban could just post 'background noise' on the forum, performing a forum slide whenever something too revealing has been posted.
    e. g. write about the weather.

This is used all the time.

The more skilled members will do the denying, debunking, ridiculing, character assassinations etc.

On non beekeeping fora, Bayer&Co can just hire PR companies for these tasks, but as beekeeping fora require a certain amount of knowledge, the pool of mason beekeepers comes in handy for the job.

Perhaps at this point I should let folk know that Randy Oliver, bless him, advocates using Mason jars for Varroa monitoring. I guess he must be in the club (OK John, Craft ... see my inexperience in these matters!) too then.
