Tonight's episode on BBC1 at 9 includes Andrew Abrahams of Colonsay bee keeping fame.

I was unable to see all the programme, but what I did see was enjoyable. White tailed sea eagles, basking sharks, black bees and corncrakes - what more could one wish for? I am thankful to both of you for bringing the programme to the attention of forum readers.

The whole series has been a joy. Getting itchy feet now and wondering where the tent is ...

Made me quite homesick.
Who was the narrator (sounded like ewan mcgregor)? Much better than the Attenborough replacement Tim or brian or whatever

Oooo ... sounds interesting (too). I was starting to feel the odd one out, not heading off to Colonsay. Give Andrew our best wishes.

Yes Calum, Ewan McGregor. The perfect voice, even if his accent is more Crieff than Hebridean. I suppose that if Ewan McGregor gets too busy doing voice-overs maybe that Ewan Campbell (also from the same town) could do his acting? One did remind me of the other somewhat.
